We’re seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to lead the integration, optimization, and reporting strategy across our ERP, accounting, sales, marketing, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of ERP, accounting, and sales systems.

Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Build scalable data models and reporting infrastructure that provide actionable insights across accounting, sales, marketing, operations, and development teams.

Collaborate closely with finance, sales, marketing, and development stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Manage the full development lifecycle for reporting, analytics, and business systems projects — from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.

Utilize ERP and operational data to develop forecasting models for sales, inventory, demand planning, and business performance.

Improve data quality, governance, automation, and system integration across multiple business platforms.

Support executive leadership with financial and operational analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.

Participate in system implementation, and integration projects.
Required Qualifications
-
Proven experience working with ERP systems and business management platforms within the last 5 years.

Strong expertise in:

Power BI
-
Microsoft Fabric
-
data modeling

Dashboard development and business reporting

Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with:

Accounting/Finance teams

Sales teams

Marketing teams

Software/Development teams

Experience managing software or analytics development lifecycles and project delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Experience implementing ERP, accounting, CRM, or sales solutions.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, or demand planning solutions.
-
Knowledge of Slimstock is considered a strong asset.
-
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or supply chain environments is a plus.

Familiarity with AI solutions
-
Experience integrating multiple business systems and data sources.
